year old di (Chinese transverse
flute). The Dizi is a
bamboo flute that sounds just
like a normal flute. |

of its finger holes is covered
with tissue membrane. It
can be classified into the qudi
and the bangdi. The former
is mellow in tone and while the
bangdi is much sharper. |
